Swan SES would like to thank the City of Swan Bush Fire Service for letting some SES members take part in recent course on Fire Fighting.
Although the SES do not physically fight fires, we regular assist as a support agency at large incidents. This past fire season we helped on numerous fires, such as the large Avon Complex Fire in Brigadoon.
As a support agency we can provide logistics, administration, communications, welfare support to our Fire Fighting heroes.
Once again if this sounds interesting, don’t hesitate to ask about volunteering with Emergency Services.
